Odd Future

Hip Hop has gained a new edition to it's repertoire. I wouldn't call this shocking, but what real hip hop artists want to scream out of their lungs every time they turn on the radio. Odd Future reminds me of early 90's rap music when being controversial was normal and the government couldn't figure out why the kids loved it so much. So will Odd Future bring back the days of Beef and fake artists watching their backs while free styling gaining their redemption? We shall soon see.

Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All, often abbreviated OFWGKTA or Odd Future, are a hip hop collective from Los Angeles, California. The members are rappers Tyler the Creator, Hodgy Beats, Earl Sweatshirt, Domo Genesis and Mike G, singer Frank Ocean and producers Left Brain, Syd and The Super 3. As of February 2011, their ages range from 17 to 23 years old. There are two groups inside the collective: MellowHype and EarlWolf. MellowHype consists of rapper Hodgy Beats and producer Left Brain, and EarlWolf consists of Tyler the Creator and Earl Sweatshirt.
